Corona outbreak – Ferrari forced to halt production till 27 March 2020
IN light of the Corona outbreak, especially in Italy, Ferrari is suspending production in Maranello and Modena with immediate effect till 27 March 2020. This comes a day after Ferrari said it would continue production with minimum workers.
Ferrari has taken this decision in light of the Italian Governmentâ€™s decree on Corona outbreak issued on March 11, as well as previous decrees.
The company is facing serious supply chain issues which does not allow production. Scuderia Ferrari has also suspended its operational activities.
Ferrariâ€™s CEO, Louis Camilleri has ensured the production. The company is preparing for a strong restart.
